Delivery and Handling Charges

All orders under $500 - Flat rate of $15 including GST, per order, for standard delivery anywhere in Australia.

All orders over $500 - Free* for standard delivery anywhere in Australia.

* In rare circumstances, oversized, unusually heavy items, or shipping to remote locations may incur an additional shipping charge. CompuBox will request approval of the additional charge before processing the order. We also ship to New Zealand. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote for items to New Zealand.

Delivery Timeframes

We ship from stock held Australia, with Express Courier. Our delivery turn around time ranges from 1 day to 3 days (mostly next day delivery) from the date you place the order, depending on your location (CBD / Metro Areas are almost always next day, Perth may either be next day, or up to 5 days, depending on if the items ordered are in the Perth Warehouse). Orders are processed during business hours on Monday to Friday.
